National Parents Council and Early Years Helpline

National Parents Council  (NPC) is a national organisation that supports parents of children who are in early Years, primary school and secondary school education.

NPC provides a free confidential helpline for parents of children in Early Years settings which provides information and support and guidance for parents by phone, email and webchat. The Helpline officers listen and give information and support to parents to help them make the best possible decisions for and with their children regarding child’s early years care and education.

NPC has a wide range of free parent training programmes and publications covering topis such as bullying, your childs mental health, supporting transitions to primary and secondary schools plus more – more information can be found on our website.
