Barnardos Supervised weekend play group

Barnardos Ballybeg runs a fully supervised weekend play service for children aged between 4yrs and 12yrs. Play helps children make sense of what they learn and it provides an opportunity for children to deal with their feelings and relationships. The staff have an important role in not only caring for and ensuring that the children have age appropriate activities, they also get to know each child individually, what their needs, likes & dislikes are and encourage them through supported play to develop their social skills. Activities include, Art, drama, dance, cooking, outdoor play, gardening, dance, football, basketball.
