Young Carers Workshop- Boundaries and Self-Regulation

This workshop is for young carers who help look after someone with additional needs (e.g. sibling). Sometimes young carers encounter challenging behaviours from their sibling and it can be tricky to know what to do. This training will help young people to understand behaviour and react appropriately. The workshop has been designed for young people age 14+.
