Waterford Womens Centre Health and Wellbeing Programme

The Health and Wellbeing Programme will be starting on Tuesday 10th September and run from September to 10th December each Tuesday and Wednesday morning in the Waterford Women’s Centre. If you are interested in this programme please contact us to register for a place on the programme or if you simply want to find out more about it.

The programme is free and there is no written or coursework as part of the programme.
