Support Programme for parents of children experiencing anxiety

Sacred Heart Family Resource Centre are running a fantastic support programme for parents of children ages 4-12 years experiencing anxiety. This is for parents not the child. This a free 10-week programme facilitated by a creative arts therapist starting on Friday 13th September 9.30 -11.30 one day a week. This programme explores the effects of family dynamics and will help to identify your own needs, strengths and resources, and so much more.
