Support group for parents of children of primary school age who are experiencing anxiety

The Sacred Heart Family Resource Centre is hosting an 8-week support group for parents of children of primary school age who are experiencing anxiety.

This group will be focused on you the parent. It will be facilitated by a creative arts therapist in a confidential space and is free of charge.

Using creative methods, we will be identifying your own needs, exploring family dynamics, managing your own stresses and anxieties, tapping into your own strengths and resources, learning regulation techniques that will work for you and for your child, sharing our experiences and supporting each other.

Start Date: Monday 8^th of May 2023 at 9.30am.

Venue: Sacred Heart Family Resource Centre, Richardson’s Meadows, Old Tramore Road, Waterford.
