Picture Perfect Crafts- Young Carers Activity
To celebrate National Carers Week, we invite young carers age 12-17 to join us online for this craft activity.
We will create photo frames to frame a special memory in your family.
Craft materials will be sent by post to those to sign up by Friday 9th.
Young carers are children and young people who help with the care needs of someone at home.
