Healthy Food Made Easy Programme is a Free 6 week Nutrition and Cookery Programme starting in September in Waterford!

It aims to support and inform a healthier diet, the Healthy Food Made Easy (HFME) programme will provide a nutrition and cookery course that helps people to change to a healthy diet, plan meals on a budget and make easy to cook meals for their families.

tips on food shopping
plan meals on a budget
relaxed and fun groups
for adults over the age of 18
