With guest speaker Niamh Finucane, Niamh is a Principal Social Worker with St. Francis Hospice, where she serves as the Bereavement Co‑Ordinator. She has spent the past 20 years working in palliative care and bereavement, supporting patients and their families as they navigate illness, loss, and the profound transitions that follow. Niamh brings extensive clinical experience in walking alongside families after the death of a loved one, offering compassionate guidance, understanding, and steady support during some of life’s most difficult moments. .
