Waterford Outreach Drug Project
This is a free and confidential service to the Co. Waterford Community. The aim of the project is to provide services and responses for people 13yrs and upwards who are involved in high risk substance misuse and experiencing social exclusion because of their substance misuse and socio-economic background. To reduce the harm that people can do to themselves through their substance misuse and to support and encourage them to begin to address the issues/problems presenting in their lives.

People can drop in to the office and speak to Carmel, or people can phone and make an appointment. Agencies can make referrals to the service by contacting the worker Carmel Kelly for a referral form.
