Parent/Baby HSE Post Natal Parent Hub

If you are a new Mum or have just recently had a baby, to ensure both mum and baby stays well physically and mentally over the first few months after birth please come along the the weekly Postal Natal Parent hub.

This is a HSE service that runs weekly at Brill Family Resource Centre and is free to attend.

At the weekly Post Natal Parent Hub you will receive support in the following ways:

Midwife led session
Social support from other new parents
Pediatrician to chat with regrading any concerns
Perinatal Mental Health Midwife to offer advice around coping mechanisms during the first few weeks
Perinatal women’s physio to discuss pelvic floor exercises and after birth care
lactation consultant to discuss infant feeding
Many more health professionals that will come in to talk about different topics weekly

WHEN: Every Wednesday

TIME: 9am-11am

WHERE: Brill Family Resource Centre

HOW TO ATTEND: Drop in anytime between 9am-11am or you can text or call Grace beforehand

To come along to the weekly Post Natal Parents Hub you can simply drop in without an appointment or you can CALL or TEXT Grace, the midwife running the weekly sessions.

This is for any Parent of a new baby across Waterford City and country to come along too.
