Parent Course Pre-school Children Experiencing Anxiety Support Programme for Parents
This Programme is for Parents of Preschool children experiencing Anxiety
- Run over 10 weeks.
- 5 sessions in May/June and 5 sessions in September as your child settles into Primary school.
- Focused on you the parent.
- Participants will be expected to commit to all 10 sessions.
- Facilitated by a creative arts therapist in a confidential space.
Using creative methods, we will:
- Share our experiences with other parents and support each other
- Identify our own strengths and resources as well as the stresses and anxieties of our daily lives.
- Learn regulation techniques and boundaries that will work for you and for your child
- Explore the effects of family dynamics and changes on your child’s wellbeing and development.
- Name your own needs as a parent and explore what supports and resources could help you.
