Sacred Heart Family Resource Centre will be hosting Parents Plus Early Years Programme 0-7 years of age

(1 morning a week) in The Library, Carrickphierish, Waterford. Starting Monday 20^th November for 8 weeks

This programme will support parents to:

Help their children develop good attachments and relationships

Understand and managing meltdowns

Build their children’s language and development

Reduce their own stress as parents

Help their children to concentrate and learn

Increase their children’s self-esteem

Establish positive daily routines
